Ukrainian army to ditch pixel camo for high-tech Multicam uniform

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will replace the MM-14 camouflage, commonly known as "pixel," with a new uniform. Soldiers will wear the MM-25 camouflage, which is a copy of the foreign Multicam pattern, according to the Ministry of Defense Partner and Militarnyi.
"The Central Department for the Development of Material Support has approved the camouflage pattern MM-25 for further use in manufacturing military clothing," the statement said.
The official appearance of the new camouflage has not been disclosed. However, several specialized military outlets report that the MM-25 pattern used for making military gear is essentially the globally recognized Multicam.

"The timeline for switching to the new uniform has not been announced. Given the current size of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a full transition could take several years. It is also unclear when the first sets of the new uniform will be delivered to the troops," Militarnyi wrote.
Europe will buy US weapons for Ukraine
As a reminder, the US and NATO have agreed to send American weapons to Ukraine, with European countries footing the bill. Under this deal, Ukraine will receive $10 billion worth of US arms, purchased by European nations.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said Ukraine could get large quantities of air defense systems, missiles, and ammunition through the agreement. The US will not supply weapons directly. Instead, NATO countries will deliver arms from their own stockpiles and later replace them.
Meanwhile, US Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker said the US plans to quickly supply weapons to Ukraine, following President Donald Trump's plan for Europe to buy arms. Washington is also considering selling Patriot air defense systems from its own reserves.
