-
Overall oil processing in Russia dropped by 19%;

In quantitative terms, losses amount to 53.4 million tons per year.
Strikes on Russian energy facilities
Previously, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russian energy facilities are legitimate targets for Ukraine, as revenues from oil and gas sales are used by the Kremlin to fund weapons production for killing Ukrainians.
The President emphasized that strikes on Russia’s funding sources are a response to the enemy’s attempts to create chaos in Ukrainian society through attacks on civilian infrastructure.
According to Zelenskyy, Russians cannot live in peace while Ukrainians are forced to freeze due to attacks, so Ukraine will continue to strike the source of the Kremlin’s revenue growth.
A temporary energy ceasefire was recently established between Ukraine and Russia. Unfortunately, it lasted only a few days before Moscow broke the agreement.
During that period, Ukrainian forces paused strikes on Russian energy facilities.
