What was hit in Crimea
Ukrainian units struck several important targets on the peninsula that Russians used to control airspace and communications, namely the long-range space communications center in the Vityne area near Yevpatoria and Podlot-K1 radar station near Vynohradne, Yalta district.
Strikes on Russian radar stations in Luhansk region
Separately, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit Russian equipment in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region, namely the Kasta 2E2 radar station in the Liubyme area and the YASTREB A-V radar station near Topoli.
Such stations help the Russian army detect targets in the air.
What's special about these radars

These radar stations are considered rare and valuable to the Russian army for several reasons.
The Podlot-K1 radar is a modern mobile low-altitude detection station. It is designed to search for low-visibility targets, including cruise missiles, drones, and aircraft at low altitudes. There are a few such complexes in Russia, as this is a relatively new development, and its serial production is not widespread.
The Kasta-2E2 radar is a specialized omnidirectional station optimized specifically for detecting low-flying targets. Although it is older than the Podlot, these radars are actively used in the Russian air defense. There are also not many of them, as the production of new units is limited and the restoration of damaged ones is difficult.

Yastreb A-V is a rare radar reconnaissance and counter-battery warfare system. It is used to detect shell trajectories and artillery activity. It is a highly specialized piece of equipment that is produced in small batches.

What else Ukraine hit
The Ukrainian military also struck areas where Russian personnel were concentrated.
In particular, areas where the Rubicon radio-electronic reconnaissance unit was located, Kermenchyk in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, and Kinski Rozdory in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region came under fire.
How Ukrainian defenders destroy Russian troops on front lines and in rear
In recent days, Ukrainian forces have regularly reported accurate strikes on Russian military targets. In particular, the day before, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a Russian command post and warehouses. Fires were reported at facilities from Belgorod to the temporarily occupied territories.
Ukrainian military also recently reported attacks on Russian rear targets. Among the targets hit were an oil depot and a drone control center.
On February 26, Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted an operation in the Russian rear and set up an ambush, resulting in losses for the Russians. On February 24, Ukrainian forces destroyed, in particular, a Buk missile system, a Uragan multiple launch rocket system, and a Russian army command center.
Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed a Russian Buk, a Uragan, and a Russian army command center.
