Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminating Russian military targets
Recently, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's Special Operations Forces destroyed a rare Russian KOP-2 electronic warfare system. It took only two drones to destroy the very expensive system.
Earlier, fighters from the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also destroyed the Russian R-330Zh Zhitel electronic warfare station. Its cost is about $10 million.
In addition, the Ukrainian military recently destroyed a Klin drone, a new development of the Russian military-industrial complex, which was positioned as a Shahed-like unmanned aerial vehicle with artificial intelligence.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi also reported that in January, Ukrainian drones eliminated nearly 30,000 Russian troops, exceeding the pace of mobilization in Russia and creating a technological advantage on the battlefield.
He added that Ukraine maintains its advantage in the use of FPV drones, and ground-based robotic systems carried out a quarter more missions in January than in December. In total, UAV units hit 66,200 targets in the first month of 2026.
