Ukraine is currently considering the possibility of a humanitarian corridor route for civilians from the Kursk region to Sumy, according to the Vice Prime Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk.

"We are currently working with the military on a possible route for a humanitarian corridor for civilians from Kursk to Sumy," writes Vereshchuk.

The Vice Prime Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories also mentioned that there is a possibility for a humanitarian corridor towards Russia. However, this can only be implemented if an official request is made by the Russian party.

"At the moment, such a request has not been received," she added.
