On October 12, the 25th meeting in the Ramstein format will take place. During this meeting, Ukraine will present its victory plan to all partners, according to a Telegram message from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"On October 12, there will be a new Ramstein meeting at the leaders' level to present a victory plan to all partners who are genuinely helping," he wrote.

According to the president, Ukraine has a clear strategy for achieving a just end to the war — peace through strength.

"The victory plan involves the necessary reinforcement of Ukraine. Discussions have already begun with the US, as the leading supporter, and we are engaging all partners," Zelenskyy noted.

He reminded that Ramstein is a coalition of over 50 countries supporting Ukrainian forces and the defense of Ukraine.

"Ramstein coordinates the provision of assistance to Ukraine — ammunition, air defense systems, F-16s, and much more. It is a coalition of capabilities working for Ukraine in key types of weaponry. The first "Ramstein" meeting took place on April 26, 2022, and the upcoming meeting will be the 25th. The determination of the partners must manifest itself — sufficient long-range capabilities are needed to strengthen positions on the front. This kind of pressure on Russia will compel them toward peace," the president concluded.

Zelenskyy's victory plan

About a month ago, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the victory plan for the war. It is now fully prepared, and the focus has shifted to its implementation.

Initially, it was reported that US President Joe Biden would be the first to see it. This selectivity is related to the fact that the plan heavily relies on support from Washington.

Just yesterday, President Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's victory plan does not negate the intention to hold a peace summit.

Additionally, due to the document's confidentiality, there have been some false reports. For instance, the publication Bild, claiming to have reviewed the victory plan, wrote about Ukraine's supposed "readiness" for a "freeze" in the war. In reality, this information is inaccurate.
