Ukraine strikes Russian defense plants, oil facilities and Black Sea target, Zelenskyy says

On the night of September 28, the Ukrainian Defense Forces imposed "long-range capabilities" on Russian factories, oil facilities, and other targets, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"We are consistently using our long-range capabilities to respond to Russian strikes against life," the head of state said.
The president added that units of the Security Service of Ukraine worked well against oil facilities of the aggressor country in the Krasnodar region.
"Sanctions were also launched against facilities that the Russians use for drone terror against Ukraine in the Kaluga and Oryol regions. In the Bryansk region, our forces worked directly against the occupying contingent. A target was also hit in the Black Sea," Zelenskyy said.

He also thanked everyone who is "taking the war back to where it came from" and added that Russia must stop the escalation.
Overnight, residents of Novotitarovskaya in the Krasnodar region reported drones flying overhead and a series of explosions. According to eyewitnesses, the sounds of explosions were heard near the railway.
In addition, the Defense Forces struck several Russian military facilities. Among the targets were a Pantsir-S2 surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery system, drone control points, and launch sites for attack drones.
