Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a number of important military targets belonging to Russian forces on October 3 and overnight into October 4, according to Ukraine’s General Staff.

In the area of Kuroshany in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system.

Near Donetsk in the Donetsk region, Ukrainian troops struck a site used by Russian forces to store, prepare, and launch attack drones.

The General Staff said that sites used to store, prepare and launch Russian attack drones are among the priority targets.

Systematically striking such facilities is aimed at reducing Russia’s ability to use attack drones against Ukraine’s civilian population.

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian electronic warfare station near the town of Klimovo in Russia’s Bryansk region.

Telecommunications hubs used by Russian units were struck near Hirnyk, Yasynuvata and Donetsk in the Donetsk region.

Repair units belonging to Russian forces were hit near Vesela Tarasivka and Lysychansk in the Luhansk region.
