Ukraine's Defense Forces struck a Russian vessel in the Black Sea, an oil facility in the Samara region, and other important targets, according to a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to him, the Defense Forces achieved important strike results today. A target in the Black Sea was hit. A site used to launch and store attack drones in Russia’s Oryol region was also struck.
In addition, an oil facility in the Samara region was hit. Another target was a supply depot used by Russian forces in the Bryansk region.
The president emphasized that thousands of people are working in the defense sector to ensure that Ukraine has the means to respond to Russian strikes. Thousands of soldiers also identify and strike targets that support the war every day.

“Such fair responses are exactly what is needed now. We will continue to deprive Russia of the ability to continue this war,” Zelenskyy added.
On September 28 and overnight into September 29, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported new strikes.
Ukrainian forces struck a Russian Kasta radar station in Manhush, Donetsk region, and drone command posts in the Luhansk region.
Ammunition and logistics depots were also hit.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump again said that diesel fuel prices are rising because of Ukraine’s strikes on Russian oil refineries, rather than because of the war in the Middle East.
According to him, the biggest problem for the diesel market is what is happening between Russia and Ukraine.
