Ukraine seeks Chinese involvement in peace summit

Ukraine aims to involve China in the peace summit, recognizing its significant global role, says President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"China plays a significant role in the world, so we would very much like China to be involved in our formula, in the summit," stated the President.
However, according to him, not everything depends on Ukraine's desire.
"We will hope that all civilized countries will be involved in the peace summit," added Zelenskyy.
Ukrainian peace formula
During his speech at the G20 summit in November 2022, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposed a peace formula to halt the full-scale Russian invasion.
Today, it became known that the Ukrainian and Swiss teams will begin preparations tomorrow for the organization of a global peace summit at the leaders' level.
Yesterday, a member of the Swiss Federal Council, Ignazio Cassis, stated that China should be involved in efforts aimed at ending the war between Ukraine and Russia.
