Ukraine's State Emergency Service reports destruction, child hurt in attack on Kyiv region

On the night of November 25, the Kyiv region experienced another large-scale attack by Russian forces. The Brovary, Bila Tserkva, and Vyshhorod districts came under fire, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS).
According to rescuers, explosions were recorded in several settlements, but the impact was particularly devastating in Bila Tserkva.
In the city, a four-story residential building was damaged. At the time of the attack, dozens of people were inside, some of whom were sheltering in a basement used as a protective shelter.
Rescuers were able to quickly evacuate 46 residents, including children and the elderly. Unfortunately, a 14-year-old child was injured and is receiving medical care.
Four additional residential buildings were destroyed, and debris from damaged structures is still being cleared.
To support those left homeless, teams from the State Emergency Service (DSNS) and the Red Cross are on site. Heating tents have been set up, and the affected residents are provided with warm clothing, hot drinks, and essential humanitarian aid. Additionally, DSNS psychologists are helping residents cope with stress and trauma from the attack.
Rescuers continue to clear rubble and assess damage to nearby buildings. The operation will continue until the aftermath of the attack is fully addressed.

Attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region
At 04:57 Kyiv time, official monitoring channels began warning of renewed heightened danger. The threat of missile or drone strikes remains in Kyiv as well as in two Kyiv region districts: Boryspil and Brovary.
Additionally, on the night of November 25, Russia carried out a cynical combined attack on Kyiv. Using missiles and drones, explosions were reported across the capital, causing disruptions to the electricity and water supply.
Residential buildings were destroyed in the Pecherskyi and Dniprovskyi districts, where fires also broke out.
