In several districts of Kyiv, there are disruptions to the electricity and water supply. Debris struck a residential building, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko on Telegram and Kyiv City Administration head Tymur Tkachenko.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko reported water and power outages in some areas of the capital amid the massive missile attack.

Later, he informed that debris had hit a residential building in Pechersk.

“Fire is burning around the 6th–7th floors. Emergency services are heading to the site,” he clarified.

Later, Vitalгi Klitschko reported that there was also fire on the 4th–5th floors.

“In the Pechersk district, in a 22-story residential building, there is also a fire on the 4th–5th floors. Emergency services are working at the scene,” he wrote.

Kyiv City Military Administration head Tymur Tkachenko reported that the city administration continues to record reports of the attack’s consequences at several locations on both the right and left banks.

Vitalii Klitschko reported that residents are being evacuated from the 22-story residential building in the Pechersk district.

The building has been destroyed between the 4th and 7th floors, and a fire is ongoing.

Tymur Tkachenko reported a fire on the upper floors of a 9-story residential building in the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv.

According to operational data, four injured individuals in the Dniprovskyi district sought medical assistance.

At least eight people have been rescued, Tymur Tkachenko reported.

Massive attack on Kyiv

During the night of November 25, a large-scale air raid alert was declared across Ukraine due to a Russian attack.

Explosions were later recorded in Kyiv.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Kalibr cruise missiles, Kinzhal missiles, and ballistic missiles were launched from the Novorossiysk area.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliш Klitschko reported that air defenses were operating in the capital.
