Ukraine's latest drones and cruise missiles were showcased at the prestigious Eurosatory 2026 defense exhibition in Paris. The Defiant unmanned systems and the Shmavik reconnaissance platform attracted significant interest from Western partners, largely due to their proven performance in real combat conditions, according to Ukrainian defense-tech developers present at the event.

These days, the global defense community is focused on Paris, where one of the largest and most prestigious international defense and security exhibitions — Eurosatory 2026 — is taking place (June 15–19, 2026).

Among the exhibitors, several Ukrainian companies showcased their products, including Reactive Drones, a member of the NAUDI association, and Defiant, a joint Ukrainian-European project.

Reactive Drone projects

The company presented its well-known heavy Ukrainian bomber drone Kazhan, and the multi-purpose reconnaissance drone Shmavik.

One of the key features of the Kazhan is its ability to use multiple types of communication channels, providing greater operational flexibility and resilience against electronic countermeasures.

The Shmavik is a compact multi-role ISR drone capable of performing a wide range of missions and is one of the few systems that can effectively replace well-known Chinese analogues on the battlefield. Both systems have extensive real-world combat experience, including striking targets and performing logistical tasks.

The company's products have generated significant interest from European and American partners, particularly regarding future exports and contracts once opportunities open for supplying Ukrainian unmanned systems to foreign markets.

Defiant's latest innovations

The company Defiant — a joint European-Ukrainian project — presented a new line of UAVs and cruise missiles as a vivid example of ultra-modern, effective, and at the same time affordable high-precision weapons.

The real highlight of the exhibition was the universal jet platform Defiant H20, based on which solutions for a wide variety of combat missions have been developed:

  • Defiant H20i Falsa: A jet target drone and decoy. Equipped with a unique radar signature enhancement system. On enemy radar screens, this missile appears as a large combat target, effectively exhausting and misleading enemy air defenses.
  • Defiant H20B Lamina (Smart Munition): A tactical cruise missile with a jet engine and a 3-kilogram warhead. Capable of delivering surgically precise strikes at ranges up to 150 km (maximum range — up to 180 km) at a cruising speed of 350 km/h.
  • Defiant H20i Sombra (Interceptor): An AI-controlled hunter drone. This autonomous jet UAV was specifically designed to intercept and destroy Shahed-type drones (including their latest jet-powered variants) at distances of up to 100 km.
  • Defiant H20 Arcana (Reconnaissance): A long-range reconnaissance UAV. Unlike its jet-powered counterparts, it is equipped with a Japanese 4-stroke OS Engines GF40 engine, allowing it to stay airborne for a record 18 hours and cover distances of up to 2,000 km.

In addition to light cruise missiles, the Defiant project showcased a line of operational-tactical strike platforms at Eurosatory 2026:

  • H40 Vale Electro: A low-noise electric kamikaze drone with a 22.5 kg warhead and a range of up to 200 km.
  • H80 JET Vipera: A jet-powered monster with a 60-kilogram warhead. Thanks to speeds of up to 400 km/h and a unique flight profile, it is practically invulnerable to enemy mobile air defense systems. Operational range — up to 580 km.
  • H160 series (Rayo): Strategic long-range strike drones. The Rayo version can deliver 100 kg of explosives over a distance of up to 2,000 km.
  • Defiant Magnus: The standout heavy-class system. This UAV has been converted from a full-size four-seat composite aircraft. With perfect aerodynamics and retractable landing gear, it can carry up to 300 kg of guided aerial bombs, missiles, or interceptor drones over a distance of up to 2,000 km at a speed of 350 km/h.

Modern warfare is not only about striking, but also about coordination. The Defiant Jupiter Hunter-1 (Defiant H1 / H1L) is an ultra-quiet electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) reconnaissance complex. It is equipped with advanced electro-optical stations with high-resolution thermal imagers, laser rangefinders, and an AI-based auto-tracking system.

Thanks to an 8-channel CRPA antenna with electronic warfare protection, the drone is highly resistant to jamming and transmits real-time video at distances of up to 80 km while guiding artillery fire 24/7.

Eurosatory 2026 revelations

A true revelation at Eurosatory 2026 was the heavy cargo copter Defiant H200 Oso. This giant with a payload capacity of up to 200 kg is changing the rules of combat: it can serve as a "flying aircraft carrier" for the simultaneous launch of an entire swarm of FPV drones, large bombs, five Defiant H20 cruise missiles, two H40s, or one H80.

The H200 can also deliver ammunition, supplies, or evacuate the wounded. It is controlled via the Starlink satellite system, which guarantees resistance to electronic warfare and allows the operator to control the platform from anywhere on the planet.

Ukraine's armed forces already operate dozens of domestically produced drones. This includes not only unmanned aerial vehicles but also naval drones.

Earlier, Minister for Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin stated that Ukraine has established serial production of a domestic analogue of the Shahed drones.
