The Security Service of Ukraine has struck the Tamanneftogaz oil and gas terminal. This is a key hydrocarbon transshipment complex in southern Russia.
Warriors from the Security Service of Ukraine's (SBU) Alpha Special Operations Center, together with the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR), carried out successful strikes on the Tamanneftgaz oil and gas terminal in the Krasnodar Krai region of Russia.
It is the largest liquefied hydrocarbon transshipment complex in southern Russia.
SBU drones struck five storage tanks containing petroleum products in the tank farm, as well as two oil loading stands at the terminal.
Fires are also burning in the area of the freight transport parking lot and the Tamanneftogaz storage infrastructure.
Russian air defense positions covering the facility were also hit.

The SBU notes that the Russian oil and gas complex is a source of funding for the war against Ukraine. It is oil dollars that are being turned into missiles, drones, and ammunition with which Russia attacks Ukrainian cities.
"Therefore, the SBU will continue to systematically deprive the Russian war machine of the resources needed to wage war," the SBU states.
Recent strikes on Russia

A fire occurred as a result of drone debris falling on the territory of the maritime terminal.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes last night on targets in Volgograd, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and other regions. In particular, a key element of Russia’s oil transportation infrastructure was struck.
