Russia tries to carry out a provocation. That's why its Shahed drones enter Belarusian territory, according to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko.

According to him, these actions by the Russian army are attempts to provoke near the Mazyr oil refinery, to blame Ukraine and to demand action from Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

"The Russian drone exploded this morning near Mazyr, in Kalinkavichy," Kovalenko reminded.

It's worth noting that Russian Shaheds have repeatedly entered Belarusian territory.

Most recently, on the night of October 3, according to the monitoring channel Belarusian Hajun, Russian attack drones may have entered Belarus while a helicopter carrying Lukashenko was in the air.

Today, it was reported that a Shahed exploded in the Belarusian village of Kalinkavichy, leaving the settlement without power.
