A mechanical and repair plant in Perevalsk of the occupied Luhansk region in Ukraine was attacked on the night of April 9–10, sustaining damage, the ATESH partisan group reported.
Partisans say the enterprise has not officially operated for several years, but Russian forces have used it to repair military equipment.
Russians regularly brought damaged vehicles to the site, after which they were returned to service. Movements of military equipment were also recorded, and the facility was under guard.
