Ukraine's military gets new heavy middle strike drones: Details

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is scaling up the implementation of a project to ensure a guaranteed level of support for units that directly hold the defense line and are engaged in active combat operations.
In the second phase, ground-based robotic systems and heavy middle strike drones are added to the monthly supply of the most in-demand drone systems.
The list of equipment includes virtually all types of unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) and heavy middle-strike drones capable of striking targets at operational depth. Units holding the defense line will be supplied with these systems in a specific guaranteed quantity, taking into account the intensity of combat operations.
Various types of logistical and combat UGVs, including kamikaze drones, will be provided to units of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine that are holding the defense line.
Heavy middle strike drones will be delivered to corps, which will then distribute them among units that have trained crews and effectively employ such drones. Thus, each corps is guaranteed to receive strike assets capable of reaching operational depth.
The Ukrainian military demonstrated the Barracuda in action for the first time, as it, along with other unmanned systems, attacked the Russian positions.
Ukraine is developing a new system for maritime drones that will enable it to both destroy Russian targets and intercept sanctioned ships in the Black Sea, after which they will be escorted to port for confiscation.
