Ukraine's Kremenchuk hit by ballistic missiles: Explosions shake city

The Russian army attacked Kremenchuk with ballistic missiles; explosions are heard in the city, according to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and monitoring channels.
Kremenchuk in the Poltava region is also under drone attacks.
Earlier, at least three ballistic missiles were reportedly launched at the city, according to monitoring Telegram channels.
Against this backdrop, explosions were heard in the city, according to local social media channels citing eyewitnesses.
Attacks on Kremenchuk
The previous attack on Kremenchuk took place on the night of December 7, when the city was targeted by drones and Kinzhal missiles. Explosions were also reported in the city at that time.
Later, the city mayor reported that on the night of December 7, the enemy again carried out a massive combined strike on Kremenchuk’s infrastructure.
Power, water, and heating supply interruptions were observed in certain parts of the city.
Attacks on December 7
On the night of December 7, the enemy carried out another strike on Ukrainian territory. The main target of the Russians was the city of Kremenchuk in the Poltava region.
According to the Air Forces, the enemy used 246 aerial targets, including:
- 241 attack drones of the Shahed and Gerbera types;
- 3 aeroballistic Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missiles (Tambov region, Russia);
- 2 ballistic missiles Iskander-M / KN-23 (Kursk region, Russia).
