On Wednesday, April 22, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces struck a command post and a deployment site of a Russian FSB special unit. Enemy losses amounted to 27 personnel, according to the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"As part of a combat operation, operators of the 1st Separate Unmanned Systems Center struck a command post and a deployment site of an operational unit of the Russian FSB," the statement said.

Intelligence determined that as a result of the strike, the enemy lost 27 special forces personnel, including 12 killed and 15 wounded.

It is noted that the successful operation was planned by specialists from the Deep Strike Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces in coordination with units of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov. During the operation, a series of eight high-precision strikes was carried out on the FSB target using FP-2 systems.

"The Unmanned Systems Forces, in coordination with other components of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, continue systematic operations against the enemy’s most important targets, reducing its ability to conduct special, sabotage, and agent operations against Ukraine," the statement said.

The Mobile Operations Directorate of Russia’s FSB is an operational unit of Russia’s security services that carries out counterintelligence and special functions, including sabotage, agent operations in temporarily occupied territories, subversive activities against Ukraine, and cooperation with illegal armed groups.

Strikes on key Russian targets

Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck an enemy radar system as part of an S-400 air defense system, as well as logistics facilities and concentrations of Russian troops.

In addition, in recent days, Ukrainian forces hit enemy radar stations in temporarily occupied Crimea and Russia’s Belgorod region. A Tor-M1 air defense system was also struck in the Luhansk region.

Earlier, operators of the Unmanned Systems Forces, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, struck the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, causing production to halt.
