The Ukrainian side has intensified its work on the points of the new peace plan. Calls and meetings with partners are taking place constantly, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to him, meetings were held today with Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and the diplomatic team.

"We are working to ensure that Ukraine's national interests are taken into account at every level of our relations with partners. Right now, there are meetings, calls, and work on the points practically every hour – provisions that can change a lot," Zelenskyy wrote.

He added that the most important thing is that all this work results in a dignified peace for Ukraine.

New peace plan for Ukraine

After Zelenskyy met with a US delegation the day before, the Ukrainian side began active consultations regarding the points of the peace plan promoted by the administration of President Donald Trump.

Today, phone calls have already taken place with French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

According to RBC-Ukraine's sources, the leaders discussed a draft plan to end the war in Ukraine.

Following urgent consultations, Macron, Merz, and Starmer expressed support for Ukraine. The European leaders emphasized their readiness to provide security guarantees but stressed that the starting point for future negotiations with Russia must be the current line of contact.

Earlier, Axios published the full text of the US peace plan for Ukraine and Russia, consisting of 28 points. It includes territorial issues, the size of Ukraine’s military, and several other key contentious elements that, according to Western media, the Ukrainian government categorically rejects.

Additionally, it became known that European leaders are urgently preparing an alternative plan to end the war.

Reuters writes that Washington has set a strict deadline and is threatening to halt weapons supplies and intelligence sharing if Ukraine does not approve the draft by November 27.
