Ukraine downs more than 80% of jet-powered drones, dozen still in the air

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 174 jet-powered drones during the day on September 30. Air defenses destroyed the vast majority of them, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.
Air defenses shoot down 146 jet-powered drones
During the day on September 30 (from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), Russia attacked Ukraine with 285 attack UAVs, including Gerbera drones and other types.
The Air Force said 174 of them were jet-powered.
According to preliminary data, air defenses shot down or suppressed 254 UAVs during the specified period, including 146 jet-powered drones.
In addition, the enemy launched a ballistic missile and several Banderol/Dan-T drones in the eastern direction. The information is being clarified.
"As of 6:30 p.m., about 10 attack drones remained in Ukrainian airspace. Do not ignore the air raid alert!" the Air Force warned.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Russian forces attacked Ukraine overnight with anti-ship and ballistic missiles, as well as UAVs. Air defenses managed to destroy 160 air targets.
In addition, during the day on September 29, Russia launched 112 attack drones at Ukraine, including jet-powered drones. Most of them were destroyed.
