Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andrii Sybiha, urged international partners to increase investment in Ukrainian technologies.

Sybiha said the war that Russia dragged Ukraine into has forced the country to innovate.

He emphasized that Ukraine is now a technologically advanced nation. It is succeeding in drones, battlefield AI, cybersecurity, digital governance, banking, and other sectors.

"We urge partners to invest more in Ukraine's technology and help us mass produce our best innovations. This is a win-win partnership: those who assist us now will directly benefit from our innovation in the future," the minister wrote.

He also highlighted Ukraine's contribution to transatlantic security. Ukrainian technologies will strengthen both Ukraine and its partners.

Sybiha addressed sanctions against Russia separately. He stressed the need to tighten restrictions immediately to cut off resources fueling Russia's military.

"Every microchip denied to Moscow is a life saved. Russia must be denied all resources for its war machine. Oil revenues must be cut. Moscow's access to technology must be fully disrupted. Let's widen the tech gap between freedom and tyranny, turning innovation into a shield. Not only for Ukraine, but for the entire transatlantic community," the Foreign Minister concluded.
