Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk responded to recent Russian attacks on Ukraine. He noted that this is what happens when someone appeases barbarians.

Tusk emphasized that attempts to appease the aggressor only lead to an escalation of violence.

"This is what happens when someone appeases barbarians. More bombs, more aggression, more victims. Another tragic night in Ukraine," he wrote.

Massive attacks on Ukraine

On the night of March 8, Russia launched several missiles and nearly 150 drones at Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed more than half of the drones and one cruise missile. Additionally, 54 enemy location-simulating drones were lost.

The Odesa and Kharkiv regions were among those targeted, and in the evening, the enemy struck the town of Dobropillia in the Donetsk region. As a result of the attack, more than 10 people were killed, and another 40 were injured.

Furthermore, on March 7, the Russian military also carried out a combined strike on Ukraine, using dozens of missiles and more than a hundred drones. The enemy targeted energy and gas infrastructure in various regions.
