US President Donald Trump made a statement regarding the upcoming memorandum with Iran and outlined the conditions for resuming strikes, according to Bloomberg.

The American leader emphasizes that the memorandum of understanding with Iran is not final.

"If I don’t like it, we’ll go back to shooting at them, dropping bombs on their head," Trump says.

He also states that reports about the creation of a $300 billion fund for Iran are false. According to him, the US will not invest even 10 cents in that country.

On June 14, Trump announced that a peace agreement had been reached with Iran. The agreement consists of a memorandum that provides for the restoration of free passage through the Strait of Hormuz by Tehran, as well as the lifting of the US naval blockade of Iranian ports.

The official signing of the document is scheduled for June 19 in Geneva. According to Trump, the parties will begin discussing the future of Iran’s nuclear program after the ceasefire agreement has been legally formalized.

At the same time, the US President warned that military strikes against Iran could resume if Washington and Tehran are unable to reach a final agreement on the nuclear program.

In addition, CNN reported that Israel had asked the US for access to the text of the agreement with Iran but was denied. Thus, one of Washington’s key allies has not yet been briefed on the document’s contents.
