Trump states he will 'probably' speak with Putin soon

US President Donald Trump stated that he will likely speak with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin. He recalled having a good relationship with him, Sky News reports.
While speaking about his plans to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy next week, Trump added that he would "probably" speak with Vladimir Putin as well.
"President Putin and I have always had a good relationship," he said.
Trump once again emphasized that if he had been the US president, the war in Ukraine would have never happened.
The US President said he would like the war to end primarily because so many people were dying. He noted that millions of people were losing their lives in battle and expressed his desire for the conflict to stop for humanitarian reasons, calling the situation terrible.
"This would have never happened if I were president," he added.
