Trump’s spiritual advisor on Kryvyi Rih attack: This terror must be condemned

US President Donald Trump's spiritual advisor, Mark Burns, strongly condemned the April 4 attack on Kryvyi Rih. He denounced Russia's terrorism and urged the world to support Ukraine.
The pastor emphasized that the missiles targeting Kryvyi Rih were launched by Russia, resulting in the tragic deaths of both adults and children.
"Yesterday, a Russian missile struck Kryvyi Rih, killing 16, including six children (the death toll has since risen -ed.). A tragic loss of innocent lives. The world must condemn this brutality and stand with Ukraine against such terror. Faith is a choice, not a feeling!" Burns stated.
Recently, Pastor Burns visited Ukraine. He specifically visited Bucha and Irpin.
After his visit to Ukraine, Burns stated that Ukrainian soldiers seek weapons from the US to protect civilians rather than financial aid. The need for assistance arises from the constant airstrikes by Russian forces.
US Ambassador to Ukraine's statements
Trump's advisor briefly but clearly acknowledged that the strike on Kryvyi Rih was carried out by a Russian missile. This contrasts with US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, who also responded to the attack but did not specify that it was a Russian ballistic missile that hit the city.
Her statement prompted a response from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who expressed being "unpleasantly surprised" by the US Embassy's weak reaction.
Ultimately, the US Ambassador expressed solidarity with Ukraine after the tragedy in Kryvyi Rih and, in her subsequent statement, did mention Russia.
Missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, April 4
On the evening of Friday, April 4, the Russian army launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. The attackers used a missile with a cluster munition, which detonates before reaching the ground, thereby increasing the radius of impact.
The missile hit a residential area, including a children's playground.
According to the latest reports, 20 civilians were killed in the attack, including nine children. Over 70 people were injured.
