Serhii Onyshchuk, managing director of the Ukrainian branch of Swiss energy holding Axpo Group, may have been added to a wanted database over alleged violations of mobilization legislation, according to sources close to the businessman.
According to the information provided, since July 2025, the director of Axpo Ukraine LLC has allegedly been listed as wanted following a submission by the Mykolaiv Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support in connection with violations of military registration requirements.
To clarify all circumstances of the case, the editorial team has sent an official inquiry to the Mykolaiv Recruitment Center to confirm Onyshchuk's status in the wanted database and to find out whether law enforcement agencies were involved in the process.

RBC-Ukraine has also sent inquiries to the Swiss Embassy and to the headquarters of Axpo Holding AG regarding Onyshchuk's compliance with Ukrainian legislation and corporate compliance standards.
The editorial team is waiting for responses on whether an internal review of the actions of the head of the Ukrainian division is being conducted.
