Three teens rescued from occupation after living under constant attacks and propaganda

As part of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative, three more teenagers have been rescued from temporarily occupied territories, according to Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President.
As Yermak noted, an 18-year-old girl was forced to attend a school dominated by constant propaganda.
"The atmosphere of constant pressure and fear left her dreaming of only one thing — the day she could finally break free," he wrote.
Another 18-year-old girl lived under daily strikes from the very first days of the war. Constant stress and fear caused serious heart problems, and there was no proper medical care under the occupation.
A 19-year-old boy was left alone after losing his parents. His friends had already been forcibly mobilized, and he feared every day that he would be next.
All three are now safe. They are receiving help to restore their documents, psychological support, and guidance to start a new chapter in their lives.
Deportation of Ukrainian children
Earlier, Dmytro Lubinets, Ukraine’s human rights commissioner in the Verkhovna Rada, reported that since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has deported over 19,500 children from Ukraine.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has so far managed to return 1,625 children from Russia, thanks to the Bring Kids Back UA initiative.
The number of countries willing to help return Ukrainian children deported to Russia has also increased. This includes children still in occupied territories.
