Several people were injured in a shooting at the immigration service office in Dallas, ABC News informs.

Sources told the news agency that on the morning of Wednesday, September 24, three people were injured in a shooting at a local US immigration service office in Dallas.

It was reported that the attacker died from a gunshot wound. US Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem stated that the perpetrator likely shot himself.

"While we don't know the motive yet, we know that our ICE law enforcement is facing unprecedented violence against them. It must stop," the US secretary said.

Shooting in the US

On September 20, 2025, a shooting occurred at the prestigious Sky Meadow Country Club in the US city of Nashua.

According to eyewitnesses, frightened visitors ran out of the building while the club’s administration called the police and emergency services. The perpetrator, who was captured on surveillance cameras, was apprehended.

New Hampshire state police reported that several people were killed by gunfire. All the injured received medical attention, though the number of victims and the severity of their injuries remain unknown.

Earlier reports noted that a series of high-profile murders have made crime a key topic on the US political agenda.

In particular, on September 17, in North Codorus, York County, Pennsylvania, three law enforcement officers were killed and two others seriously injured in a shooting.

The incident occurred when officers returned to the scene of a prior case related to a domestic dispute. A shootout began when the police confronted the suspect.
