Starlink has resumed operations in Ukraine, and intelligence data regarding ballistic missiles is now being received without interruption following productive negotiations in Oslo, states Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview.

According to the head of state, the conversation was productive and substantive. He noted that Ukrainian intelligence regarding ballistic strikes is operating at 100%.

The president said that the emotional dialogue between Ukraine and the US had resumed and that Starlink had started working again (at 5:20 a.m. Kyiv time on Saturday). He added that they had achieved the desired result and obtained what they needed, noting that this had been one part of their discussions in Oslo.

The president explained that the earlier emotionality of the dialogue was accompanied by three main challenges: a deficit of air defense systems, restrictions on Starlink operations, and limitations on intelligence sharing from the US.

Currently, two of these issues have been resolved, but the question of providing additional air defense assets remains unresolved.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy speculated on why Russian leader Vladimir Putin wanted to resume negotiations with Ukraine, emphasizing that the Russian leader's agreement does not yet mean they will actually take place.

According to the head of state, it is only worth discussing any results after an actual meeting occurs.

Furthermore, the Russian side is resorting to further calls for escalation.

In particular, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, publicly called on Trump and the CIA to deal with Zelenskyy.
