The situation on the front line is tense and challenging. Since the beginning of the day, there have been 94 combat engagements. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are doing everything possible to prevent the enemy's plans from being realized and to destroy their personnel and equipment, according to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Enemy shelling

Border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions are under systematic artillery and multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) fire from the enemy. Several border settlements have suffered from Russian attacks, such as Buchky, Leonivka, Yeline, Pozhnya, Seredyna Buda, Popivka, Iskriskivschyna, Velyka Pysarivka, and Myropilske.

Russian forces have conducted missile strikes with unguided aviation rockets in the area of Oleksandrivka, Chernihiv region. The enemy is engaged in sabotage and reconnaissance activities.

At the same time, the Kharkiv region remains under constant fire from enemy aviation. Today, the military from the Russian side launched six attacks, including dropping 12 aerial guided bombs (KABs) targeting areas near the settlements of Starytsia, Lyptsi, Mali Prokhody, and Vovchansk.

Situation in directions

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops attempted eight times to storm Ukrainian defensive positions near Hlyboke, Vovchansk, and Starytsia. Currently, a battle is ongoing near Starytsia, but the situation remains under the control of our troops.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy made four active attempts to advance on our units' positions near Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Berestove, and Novoselivka, using guided bombs on Kupiansk. Two engagements are still ongoing. Ukrainian soldiers continue to steadfastly hold their defense.

Today, in the Lyman direction, the aggressor's army, supported by aviation, carried out ten attacks on Ukrainian positions near Makiivka, Nevske, Torske, and Terny. Four engagements ended without success for the enemy, while six are still ongoing.

Enemy activity has been detected in the Siversk direction. Near the settlements of Rozdolivka and Vyiimka, defenders of Ukrainian land have repelled three enemy attacks. The situation is under control.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy has launched nine assaults on our military positions near Chasiv Yar, Andriivka, and Ivanivske. Two attacks are ongoing. The enemy has conducted airstrikes with assault aircraft on Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk direction, the number of enemy attacks has risen to 12. Concentrated enemy efforts are noted in the areas of Pivnichne, Zalizne, and New York. Ukrainian soldiers have repelled nine enemy attacks, with three more engagements ongoing.

The Pokrovsk direction has seen the highest number of clashes. Since the beginning of the day, occupiers have attempted 29 times to displace our defenders from occupied positions in the areas of Oleksandrivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Kalynove, Sokil, Prohres, Lozuvatske, Novooleksandrivka, Karlivka, and Yasnobrodivka.

Defense forces are holding back the pressure and have repelled 20 enemy attacks so far, with nine battles still ongoing. Enemy losses are being clarified.

Fighting continues near Krasnohorivka, Paraskevivka, and Kostiantynivka in the Kurakhove direction. According to updated information, 13 attacks by the occupying army have been repelled in this area today.

In the Vremivka direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one enemy attack near Vodyane, with two attacks still ongoing near Urozhayne.

In the Orikhiv direction, units of our troops repelled three Russian assaults. Russian forces were unsuccessful in the area of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne.

Frontline situation

According to the General Staff, during the past day, July 11, 120 military clashes were recorded. This number decreased compared to July 10, when there were 147 clashes.

Yesterday, the total losses of Russia amounted to over 1030 personnel.

Additionally, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed nine tanks, 23 armored combat vehicles (APCs), 48 artillery systems, two air defense systems, 26 tactical drones, five missiles, 84 vehicles, and eight units of special equipment.
