Samsung to unveil new Galaxy A models with record years of updates: Details

Samsung is expected to unveil new Galaxy A series smartphones on Sunday, March 2. They are likely to be one of the best budget Android devices. Now a reliable source has published renders and specifications of these new products, reports Android Authority.
German tech portal WinFuture has shown images of the Samsung Galaxy A26, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A56. They are in line with previous leaks and data from certification bodies. Judging by the pictures, all three smartphones have flat bezels, a Key Island protrusion for the power and volume buttons, and the same vertically placed camera unit.
However, the Galaxy A36 and A56 have holes in the screen for the front camera, while the Galaxy A26 has a teardrop-shaped notch.

WinFuture also published the full specifications of all three models. All devices are equipped with a 6.7-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz (2340×1080 pixels), a battery with a 5,000 mAh and IP67 water and dust protection.
However, the Galaxy A36 and A56 support wired charging with a power of 45 W, while the A26 has only 25 W. In fact, these models charge even faster than the basic Galaxy S25.
The Galaxy A56 is the most powerful model in the lineup. It features Gorilla Glass Victus, a powerful Exynos 1580 chip, 8GB of RAM, a 50MP+12MP+5MP triple camera, and a 12MP front camera.

Unlike older models with an under-screen fingerprint scanner, this one uses a side scanner. However, there is an advantage: it seems that this is the only model in the lineup that supports microSD memory cards.
According to WinFuture, prices in Europe will remain at the level of previous generations:
- Galaxy A26 - $313
- Galaxy A36 - $397
- Galaxy A56 - $502
