Russians use unusual transport for assaults on Zaporizhzhia axis

Russians continue to storm Ukrainian military positions in the Zaporizhzhia direction. During one of these assaults, Russian forces deployed an unusual transport, the Commander of Ukraine's National Guard, Oleksandr Pivnenko, reports.
Pivnenko noted that Russians attempted to attack the Defense Forces' positions using an old passenger Zhiguli car and a golf cart. However, aerial reconnaissance operators from the Spartan brigade detected this enemy maneuver.
Afterward, soldiers from the National Guard's anti-tank guided missile company, artillerymen, and FPV drone operators joined the effort.
"The Zhiguli car and the golf cart, which the occupiers tried to use for the assault, were reduced to ashes, and the infantry was eliminated," the Commander of Ukraine's National Guard stated.
Frontline situation
Over the past day, 205 combat clashes were recorded at the frontline. The most intense situation is in the Pokrovsk direction, where the majority of assaults took place.
The Defense Forces reported that in the Pokrovsk direction, fortifications at certain positions were destroyed due to fire damage, making it impossible to maintain them. The occupiers were able to improve their tactical position.
Furthermore, active fighting also takes place in the Lyman, Kurakhove, and Vremivka directions.
