Russian occupiers launched a rocket strike on Odesa region in the early hours of September 28. A recreation center was partially destroyed, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, on Telegram.

As Kiper noted, as a result of the enemy shelling in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, a fire broke out and part of the recreation center was destroyed. Two nearby parked cars were also burned.

The fire was promptly extinguished over an area of 600 square meters.

"Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries. Law enforcement is documenting the aftermath of another crime by the Russians," he stated.
