Russians massively attack Ukrainian power plants overnight: Consequences revealed

Russian troops struck power plants in central and western Ukraine last night, March 29, according to Ukrenergo.
"At night, the Russians again attacked energy facilities during a massive attack. Thermal and hydroelectric power plants in the central and western regions were damaged," Ukrenergo says in a statement.
At the moment, emergency and hourly blackout schedules have been applied in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and hourly blackout schedules in the Kharkiv region.

As a result of Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, blackout schedules are imposed t in the Kharkiv region. At the same time, restrictions may be imposed in Odesa and Dnipro regions.
Yesterday, March 28, a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the ambassadorial level was held due to Russian strikes on critical infrastructure.
On March 25, Dmytro Sakharuk, executive director of DTEK energy company, said that 50% of Ukraine's generating capacity had been damaged by Russian strikes. So far, they are not working.
