Russian troops strike Dnipro: Killed and injured reported
Russian troops shelled Dnipro on Wednesday, May 15. Russia attacked the infrastructure, and killed and wounded were reported, according to the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak.
"The enemy attacked Dnipro. The infrastructure has been damaged," he says.
According to the head of the regional military administration, two people were killed.
"There are wounded, their number, condition, and other circumstances are being clarified," states Lysak.
Explosions in Dnipro
An air alert was announced in Dnipro city, the region, and some regions (Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Donetsk regions) at 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15.
The Ukrainian military reported a high-speed target in the direction of Dnipro. At about 1:34 p.m., explosions were heard in Dnipro.
On the night of May 5, the Russian troops attacked Dnipro and Dnipro region with Shahed attack drones. The falling wreckage of the downed drones caused fires and the destruction of infrastructure.
