Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia kills one as people may be trapped under rubble

As a result of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia, one person was killed and two others were injured. There may be more people under the rubble, according to a post by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
At 04:40 Kyiv time, the region was warned about the threat of guided aerial bombs being used against Zaporizhzhia.
Within half an hour, the first consequences became known – destruction under which, preliminarily, a person may have been trapped.
A Russian drone hit an apartment in a multi-story building – a 53-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were injured.

At another location, a guided aerial bomb destroyed a private house in the regional center. As a result of this strike, a 67-year-old man was killed. Rescuers are continuing to search the rubble – there may be more people trapped underneath.

The National Police have confirmed that a 67-year-old city resident died as a result of the morning KAB (guided aerial bomb) strikes on the civilian sector of Zaporizhzhia.
There is also a 22-year-old injured person – he was pulled out from under the rubble.

Police paramedics, investigative teams, forensic experts, explosives technicians, patrol officers, and other relevant services are working at the impact sites.
This is not the first such attack in the past 24 hours. On the night of July 27, Russia dropped guided bombs on the Sumy region, resulting in casualties.
The day before, on July 26, Russia struck an ATB supermarket in Chernihiv with a drone – among the dead and injured are children.
That same morning, a strike drone hit the Epicentr hypermarket in Kryvyi Rih – the fire engulfed over 16,000 square meters of the building.
