Russian strike damages Red Cross office in Kherson
This morning, the Russian military shelled the city of Kherson once again. This time, the office of the Kherson regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross was damaged, according to the Red Cross Telegram channel.
As the press service of the Red Cross reported, the shelling took place around 4 a.m. on Monday, October 14. The shelling damaged the organization's office.
As a result of the shelling, window panes were smashed and window frames were damaged. Shrapnel also damaged 3 Red Cross vehicles parked in the yard.
No one was in the building at the time of the attack, so no staff or volunteers were injured.

Early on September 12, the Russian army opened fire on the trucks of the humanitarian mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Three Ukrainians, who were ICRC staff members, were killed.
According to the police, the organization's employees arrived in the village to distribute fuel briquettes to local residents to heat their homes. At the time of the shelling, they were unloading the delivered aid.
