Partisans from the Atesh movement disrupted the schedule of trains carrying military equipment and personnel in the Rostov region, according to the group.

Atesh agents carried out a successful sabotage operation on railway infrastructure near Novocherkassk, Rostov region, which resulted in the disruption of the movement of trains transporting military hardware and personnel.

This railway junction is a key hub for transferring ammunition, weapons, and personnel to the southern front. Through Novocherkassk, the occupiers regularly supply artillery shells and rockets for multiple launch rocket systems.

Agents of Atesh note that the disruption at the junction has created a chain reaction of delays in critical supplies for the Russian forces.

“The disruption of transport schedules will directly affect the intensity of shelling on Ukrainian cities and the combat capability of enemy units," the partisan movement stated.

Sabotage operations by the Atesh movement

The Atesh partisans regularly carry out sabotage targeting Russian military assets, particularly on railways.

On September 21, Atesh agents blew up railway tracks in Smolensk, leading to a missile production plant. The facility manufactures Kh-59 missiles for the Russian Ministry of Defense, drones, and other military equipment.

A few days earlier, on September 17, the movement’s agents paralyzed a railway junction near Yekaterinburg, which was used to transport ammunition, armored vehicles, fuel, and personnel to the front, as well as to factories and depots in northern and eastern Russia.

Additionally, in September, Atesh agents destroyed two military vehicles at a military unit near Berdyansk: a fuel tanker and a UAZ vehicle.
