On the night of May 21, Russian forces attacked Dnipro. Damage was recorded on the fifth floor of a five-story building, according to information from the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.

Doctors promptly provided the injured woman with all necessary medical care. The victim will undergo treatment on an outpatient basis.

The head of the Regional Military Administration also reported that an apartment was damaged as a result of the Russian attack. Windows in neighboring buildings were blown out by the blast wave.

What else is known about the Russian attacks on Ukraine

In Odesa, after an attack by the invaders, a unique operation was carried out to retrieve a Shahed drone that had not exploded and had become stuck in a ceiling. The enemy drone hit a residential multi-story building and got stuck in a wall on the 15th floor.

Overall, on the night of May 20, Russian troops carried out another massive shelling of Ukraine's civilian infrastructure. In particular, Dnipro, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Sumy region came under attack — Russian forces struck simultaneously on several fronts.

The Russian units also deliberately targeted oil and gas infrastructure facilities in the Chernihiv region with missiles. Prior to that, the invaders had been hitting these facilities with drones all day.
