Russian night airstrikes on Kharkiv: Casualties reported
At night, the Russian army shelled Kharkiv. Residential infrastructure was damaged in two districts of the city, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
The mayor noted that a KAB (guided aerial bomb) hit a wooded area in the Shevchenkivskyi district. However, three nearby apartment buildings' windows were partially shattered, and the facade of one was damaged.
Two women sustained cuts from glass shards and experienced acute stress reactions.
In the Kyivskyi district, the strike occurred on open land, but several private houses were partially damaged. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
Shelling of Kharkiv
After midnight on November 5, the Russian aggressor attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. Earlier, Mayor Terekhov reported that the bombs had struck the ground without causing casualties or destruction.
Recently, the mayor mentioned that Russia is attempting to target historical sites in Kharkiv.
On November 1, Russian forces struck a police deployment building in Kharkiv with missiles. Colonel Andrii Matviienko was killed in the attack.
