Russia strikes police location in Kharkiv: One fatality and many injured reported
Russian army launched a missile strike today, November 1, on a police location in Kharkiv. One police officer was killed, and 30 others were injured, according to the head of Ukraine’s National Police, Ivan Vyhovskyi.
"Today, the Russian enemy targeted a police location in the center of Kharkiv with two missiles — resulting in the death of one police officer, and 26 police officers and four civilians were injured," Vyhovskyi wrote.

He specified that Colonel of Police Andrii Matvienko was killed.
According to the head of the National Police, officers are working at the scene, providing assistance at the impact site, and documenting yet another war crime committed by Russia.
Missile strike on Kharkiv
Today, November 1, explosions were heard in Kharkiv after the Air Forces warned of the launch of a Russian missile.
Following this, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, stated that Russia struck a private residential building with a ballistic missile.
He noted that two women had acute stress reactions.
