Russian forces hit residential building in Kharkiv - What is known
Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv today, November 1, in the afternoon. A residential building was hit, according to Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram.
"A residential private house was hit, and high-rise buildings were also damaged," Syniehubov wrote.
He clarified that information regarding casualties is being verified.
Syniehubov did not provide further details.

Terekhov specified that windows in the high-rise buildings near the impact site have been shattered. Experts are examining the buildings for possible additional damage. Utility services and volunteers are working at the scene.
"All necessary assistance is being and will be provided to the residents of the buildings near the epicenter of the explosion," he added.
The mayor also urged Kharkiv residents to respond to air raid alarms.

Syniehubov reported that, according to preliminary data, the Russian forces struck Kharkiv with a ballistic missile, the type of which is being clarified.
As a result of the strike, a 71-year-old woman and a 60-year-old woman experienced acute stress reactions.
"Dozens of residential private and multi-apartment buildings have been damaged," he added.
Explosions in Kharkiv
Today, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. The Air Force warned that the Russian forces launched a missile toward the city.
Russia frequently strikes Kharkiv, as it is located near the front line. For this purpose, the enemy uses its missiles and aerial bombs.
