Russian missile strike on Ukraine's Odesa kills and injures civilians

On the morning of July 11, Russian troops launched a missile strike on Odesa. 2 people were killed, and a man was wounded, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
"As a result of the Russian missile strike on Odesa, according to preliminary reports, 2 people have unfortunately been killed. One other person was injured: a 24-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds," Kiper says.
According to him, a civilian infrastructure facility was hit.
All relevant emergency services are on the scene. The injured man is receiving the necessary medical care. Cleanup efforts following the Russian strike are ongoing.
Russian attacks on Ukraine
On the night of July 11, Russia attacked Ukraine with ballistic and guided air-launched missiles, as well as 121 strike drones. Ukrainian air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the Russian targets, but some strikes hit their marks.
In particular, Russian forces once again launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. Hits were recorded in several districts of the capital, and 11 people were injured, including a child.
On the morning of July 11, Kharkiv came under a Russian drone attack. One of them struck a civilian facility, resulting in casualties.
