Russian missile strike on Dnipro: Number of victims increased, fire extinguished

After yesterday's Russian missile attack on the Dnipro, the number of injured has increased to 9 people. The fire that broke out due to the Russian strike was extinguished only in the morning, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
The official informed on April 11 that, according to updated information, the number of victims in Dnipro due to the Russian missile strike on the city the day before had increased to 9 people (yesterday, there were 8 injured and 1 killed).
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration also said that only this morning, rescuers managed to eliminate a large-scale fire that arose due to the Russian attack.
He also expressed gratitude to the emergency workers for their work.
In turn, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine clarified this morning that rescuers eliminated a large-scale fire, with an area of 6,000 square kilometers, that arose due to a Russian strike in Dnipro.
In addition, the SESU revealed photos from the scene of the fire incident after yesterday's Russian missile attack.
"162 rescuers and 35 pieces of equipment were deployed at the site of the strike by the State Emergency Service," emergency services added.
Russian missile strike on the Dnipro
On Thursday afternoon, April 10, Russians struck Dnipro with a ballistic missile.
Russia struck the Biosphere plant, which produces diapers, wipes, and other civilian products. A fire broke out at the site of the Russian strike.
As a result of the Russian strike, part of the company's warehouses in Dnipro were destroyed. A 42-year-old man, who was an employee of Biosphere, was killed as a result of the Russian missile strike.
The head of state reacted to the Russian strike. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for the use of pressure tactics against Russia to end the war.
