Russian military unit behind Kyiv war crimes attacked - Sources

Near the Russian city of Khabarovsk, an explosion occurred on September 8 near military unit 6912, whose personnel were directly involved in Russia's aggression against Ukraine, the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence reports.
According to sources, two explosive devices detonated in a parking lot near the military unit.
The blasts occurred around 9 a.m., precisely when Russian soldiers were arriving for duty. As a result, there were casualties among the enemy troops.
Following the explosions, Russian security services blocked mobile internet in the area and rerouted public transport to prevent local residents from learning the truth about the accident.

Sources note that military unit 6912 is the 748th Separate Operational Assignment Battalion of the Russian National Guard (Rosgvardiya), which participated in Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine, according to documentary evidence and open-source information. The battalion reportedly suffered losses during battles near Kyiv (Bucha and Irpin) in early 2022.
