Russian forces strike Zaporizhzhia region with guided bombs

Russian forces launched an airstrike on the Zaporizhzhia region on the night of March 10. The enemy bombing attack damaged civilian infrastructure in a village east of the city of Zaporizhzhia, resulting in casualties, according to the Telegram channel of the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
The official stated that two people were injured in the Zaporizhzhia region due to the Russian airstrike.
According to the head of the regional military administration, the Russian army targeted the village of Blakytnye with guided bombs during the night.
"Two houses were partially destroyed by the blast wave and debris. A 65-year-old and a 67-year-old man were injured. They are receiving all necessary medical assistance," Fedorov informed.
Around 3:00 a.m. Kyiv time, the Air Force warned of the activity of Russian tactical aviation in the southeast direction and spoke of the threat of airstrikes.
For reference: the village of Blakytne is located in the Komyshuvakha settlement hromada of the Zaporizhzhia district. The area of the settlement is about 0.4 square kilometers. The population is 90 people.

Russian forces almost daily strike civilian areas in the Zaporizhzhia region. Recently, the enemy has been increasingly using guided bombs in addition to missile weapons and kamikaze drones for shelling.
For instance, on March 4, a 49-year-old man was killed in the village of Omelnyk in Zaporizhzhia as a result of a Russian airstrike. A woman was also injured.
On March 8, critical infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia and its surroundings was damaged due to Russian strikes. Residents were warned about potential disruptions to gas and heating supplies due to the shelling. Later, it was reported that two settlements were left without gas.
