Russian forces struck Kharkiv and its suburbs with guided aerial bombs. As a result of the attack, residential infrastructure was destroyed, and there were casualties among civilians, according to the Police of the Kharkiv region and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Shelling of Derhachi

It is reported that on Thursday, October 31, around 9:00 PM (Kyiv time), one guided bomb hit the territory of a private enterprise in the city of Derhachi.

The shelling caused a fire. Two civilians who worked as security guards were injured.

A 39-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds from glass, while a 64-year-old man experienced an acute stress reaction. The health condition of both injured is satisfactory.

Another 42-year-old civilian was near the enterprise. He also experienced an acute stress reaction and received medical assistance on the spot.

Shelling of Kharkiv

The second aerial bomb landed on the outskirts of Kharkiv. A private house and three vehicles sustained damage.

A 37-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman suffered acute stress reactions.

Overall, five individuals have sought medical assistance as a result of both shellings.

Investigative operational groups and explosives experts are gathering evidence of crimes related to Russia's military aggression at the sites of the impacts.

Investigators have opened criminal proceedings for violations of the laws and customs of war under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Russian attacks on Kharkiv

As a reminder, on Thursday, October 31, around 9:00 PM, explosions were heard in Kharkiv and its suburbs.

The city administration and the regional military administration reported an attack by guided aerial bombs on the regional center and Derhachi.

On the evening of Wednesday, October 30, Russians struck a residential building in Kharkiv with a high-explosive aerial bomb. The shelling completely destroyed one of the building’s entrances.

According to the latest data, three people died as a result of the shelling, and more than 30 were injured.
