Russian forces struck an ambulance in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region in Ukraine, during the night of Tuesday, November 4, according to the State Emergency Service (DSNS).

"In Nikopol, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces deliberately struck an ambulance transporting a sick person to the hospital," the rescuers reported.

According to preliminary information, as a result of the enemy strike, three medical workers were injured, while the patient was not harmed. Emergency workers promptly transported the wounded to a medical facility.

Attacks on November 4

Several Ukrainian regions once again came under enemy attack during the night. The enemy used both missiles and various types of strike drones.

In particular, Russian forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with a missile and drones. The enemy carried out a large-scale attack on the Mykolaiv community in the Synelnykove district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

There are reports of one fatality and injured people, including children.

Also during the night, Russian drones attacked the Odesa region in two waves. As usual, the port and energy infrastructure of the area came under enemy strikes.

As a result of the attacks, fires broke out, and road surfaces, industrial facilities, and energy equipment were damaged. DTEK (Ukraine's largest private energy company) reported that the Russians attacked one of their energy facilities.
