Russian forces struck Rohan in the Kharkiv region. There are casualties as a result, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, as a result of the strike, a private house was destroyed, and two other houses caught fire. There are casualties.
"One house is destroyed, and fires broke out in two private houses. Injuries were sustained by women aged 60, 39, and 26, as well as a 17-year-old boy. All of them are in stable condition," wrote Syniehubov.
Rescue teams are continuing to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

On January 23, Russian forces shelled Kharkiv. Occupiers targeted the Kyivskiy district three times, causing damage to civilian infrastructure. Rescue teams have shared photos of the aftermath of the Russian shelling.
